Kids channel Nick has announced the appointment of NDTV Media Ltd as its exclusive advertising sales agency in India. As part of the agreement, NDTV Media Ltd would be responsible for selling the airtime on Nick sponsorships, spots, promotions, and tie-ups. Announcing the appointment, Mr Amit Jain, Managing Director, MTV Networks India and Executive Vice- President, MTV Networks Asia, said, "NDTV Media's innovative approach coupled with their strength in concept selling, makes them the perfect choice to optimally leverage Nick's steady climb in the kids television category."

Commenting on the appointment, Mr Raj Nayak, Chief Executive Officer, NDTV Media Ltd, said, "We are glad to partner with Nick, the global leader in kids entertainment and see great opportunity to marry its unique characters and programming to brands in both kids as well as non-kids categories."
