TAJ Hotels Resorts and Palaces has been awarded the best travel online campaign in the Web Marketing Association's 2005 Internet advertising competition, an annual event for web developers and marketers.

According to an official statement, the Web site (www.tajhotels.com), which was redesigned seven months ago, impressed the judges across areas such as creativity, innovation, impact, design, copywriting and use of the medium.

The Web site offers an enhanced reservations section, a search tool and a hotel finder, offering business and leisure travellers rates for Taj Hotels across the globe.

The reservations section displays room availability in a 10-day window around selected dates. For those in search of exotic holidays and some rest and relaxation, the Taj Holidays section offers an array of search options including month of travel, duration of stay, and interests.
