Business Wire IndiaCyfuture, a leading provider of data center, cloud and outsourced support services announced plans to build a new data center facility in Noida with an initial investment of INR 50 crores (approx. USD 8 million). This new data center with an initial capacity of 500 racks will be an addition to its already existing Tier III data center facilities in Noida and Jaipur. Construction work is in progress and the company expects to launch the facility by the end of the current calendar year. The new Noida facility would be focused on delivering cloud data center solutions to businesses that are looking for local cloud facilities to host their virtual infrastructure on. Cyfuture currently offers Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) to more than 500 clients globally and expects this number to grow significantly with the launch of its new data center.“This new data center is in-line with our expansion plans for the future. We plan to invest 250 crores in the coming 5 years in our data center business. Once our new Noida data center is operational, we plan to expand our data center footprint to Bangalore and Mumbai. While our Noida data center is a greenfield project, we might consider brownfield projects in Mumbai and Bangalore,” said Anuj Bairathi, Founder & CEO, Cyfuture. “We feel that the data center market in Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon is still underserved and offers ample opportunities for growth. As such we decided to build our second data center in Noida and then move to other locations in India. Several leading global corporations and technology led start-ups are currently setting up their operations in this part of the country and would need the services of a local data center provider to derive the benefits of lower latency. With our experience and expertise of operating in the location, we can help such companies with all their data center infrastructure needs,” he added.Cyfuture’s data center business operates under the brand name of Go4hosting and currently has several leading clients in its portfolio. These include Fortune 500 brands like Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and other large enterprise clients like Punjab National Bank, IDBI Bank, National Thermal Power Corporation amongst others.About Cyfuture
