RepIndia and Vinod Chopra Films change the game for Bollywood marketing

RepIndia, the digital & brand marketing partner for Wazir, the new blockbuster film produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, have partnered with Vinod Chopra Films to release a first of its kind Facebook innovation for the digital marketing of the film.

Wazir stars Bollywood veteran Amitabh Bachchan, Farhan Akhtar - in his first ever action film, Aditi Rao Hydari, Neil Nitin Mukesh and John Abraham in a special appearance. The star-studded film opens in cinemas on 8th Jan’16.

The first of its kind innovation sees the release of a 2-minute snippet of the movie exclusively shown on Facebook. This one-of-a-kind initiative raises the engagement bar beyond the use of trailer videos, to offer exclusive pre-release content to engage users digitally and provide a sneak peek about what the movie holds. Titled #FacebookKiChaal the innovation crossed 500,000 views in less than 24 hours.
