Kajaria World, the chain of imported tiles showrooms, has introduced Hard Wood, an exclusive and imported wood tiles collection in the vitrified glazed tiles segment. They claim to have minimum porosity to make them stain-proof and durable. Available in 60x90 cm slabs and 15x90 cm plank sizes, the new range comes in five beautiful wooden shades - oak, maple, pecan, mahogany, walnut - and can be used on both walls and floors. The 15x90 cm is Rs 2,200/sq. mt and the 60x90cm is Rs 2,000/sq. mt.

Maui Jim, the US-based maker of UV-blocking polarised sunglasses, has introduced two new sunglass models Wiki Wiki and Dawn Patrol. They come with inherent PolarizedPlus2 lens technology that claims to ensure day-long protection of the wearer's eyes from the sun's harmful UV rays. Wiki Wiki is available at Rs 12,920 and Dawn Patrol at Rs 9,150.

Funskool India has launched a memory game and puzzle based on the ever popular Scooby Doo. The memory game will help children aged three years and above test and improve their memory skills. The puzzle is based on the latest series called Mystery Incorporated, where children aged four years and above get to choose from three 24-piece puzzles. They are priced at Rs 199.

Tata Chemicals has launched its i-Shakti range of dals in Tamil Nadu. They will be available in four popular varieties, chana, toor, urad and moong (including moong chilka ). These dals are claimed to be unpolished and unprocessed.They have been priced between Rs 95 and Rs 105 for a 1 kg pack and will be available in SKUs of 1 kg and 500 gm. i-Shakti dals are available in most kirana stores, general stores as well as supermarkets such as Reliance and Star Bazaar.
