No tingling
Colgate-Palmolive (India) has announced the launch of Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief toothpaste, claimed to be the first and only toothpaste clinically proven to provide instant and effective relief from sensitivity. It uses Pro-Argin technology that contains arginine, an amino acid naturally found in saliva, and calcium carbonate. It will be available at retail stores across India in two packs – 80 gm for Rs 120 and 40 gm for Rs 70.
Golden glow
VLCC has launched two bleaches, Insta Glow Herbal and Insta Glow Gold. A 27 gm pack of the herbal bleach costs Rs 45. The post-bleach pack is enriched with extracts of cucumber, seaweed and tomato. Gold Bleach is priced Rs 50 for a pack of 30 gm. It is claimed to be enriched with 24 carat gold in a unique formula.
Stir 'n sip
Catch Foods has launched an instant Mix 'n Drink range. It includes all-time favourites such as Aam panna, Jaljeera and Nimbu Pani. All one has to do is add chilled water to these mixes. The new range is available across India through grocery stores as well as supermarkets in metros as well as Tier-I & II towns. Each sachet is priced competitively at Rs 3 for one serving and Rs 5 which makes for two servings. In addition there are separate flavours for South India in Aam Panna and Nimbu Pani.
Home brew
Fresh & Honest Café has launched the Lavazza Blue LB 850 espresso coffee machine. Priced Rs 13,500, these new LB 850 machines are being retailed at Tata Croma across key States in India and are also available on display at select Barista Lavazza outlets.
Pack it in
Himalaya has launched a Clarifying Mud Pack containing Fuller's earth, mineral clay and walnut. It is best suited for oily skin. Priced at Rs 60 for 50 gm and Rs 110 for 100 gm, it is available across all retail outlets and exclusive Himalaya stores.
