Health mall

Set up with an investment of Rs 50 crore, the BCG Health Square is spread over 1,10,000 sq ft to provide all health and wellness activities under one roof. Ms Rekha C. Medical colleges, hospitals, ayurvedic centres and insurance companies can set up their referral centres in the second floor. The fourth and fifth floors will have wellness clinics and rejuvenation centres. She said that three of the major national healthcare hospital chains have shown interest in the project.

Multiple malls under the brand BCG Health Square will come up soon ? a total of 6 malls, 2 in Ernakulam district and four others in Kottayam, Thrissur, Kozhikode and Thiruvananthapuram respectively. ?We hope to achieve this in the next five years with the Health Square brand adding Rs 30-40 crore to the group's turnover of Rs 68 crore as of now,? she said, adding that such health malls are found in Singapore, Malaysia, USA and Europe.
