Bharti Retail entered the Bangalore retail market with the launch of its easyDay Market outlet in the city today.
Spread across 48,000 sq ft space and three floors, the store has over 15,000 SKUs across various segments such as vegetables, staples, frozen food, grocery, FMCG, small appliances and home furnishing.
Commenting on the launch, Mr Andrew Levermore, Chief Operating Officer, Bharti Retail, said, “easyDay will connect with customers beyond the store by offering not just quality goods at low prices but also with community service initiatives.”
easyDay and easyDay Market stores are owned and operated by Bharti Retail, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bharti Enterprises. The company has 127 easyDay neighbourhood stores in states such as Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh and Delhi and 12 compact hypermarkets across six states.
