Also, the company will set up a second modern and eco-friendly factory at Kodakara in Thrissur district under the guidance of an expert international consultant, according to Mr Faizal Eledath, Managing Director.
8 customer service outlets
The company has eight customer service outlets in Kozhikode, Ernakulam and Thrissur districts and the garments collected from these stores are centrally processed at a factory, equipped with imported garment-care machinery, located at Mundur in Thrissur district.
Market research
Mr Faizal said that market research showed a clear shortage in the availability of quality dry cleaning and dress care service in the State to cater to the increasingly fashion-conscious people's preference for sophisticated dress material and design.
With over-a-decade experience in the field, Black Swan was ideally positioned to meet this demand, he noted.

The new stores planned would be conveniently located, including in major malls.
The company would target institutional customers once the second factory became operational, he added.
Black Swan Dry Cleaners, headquartered in Thrissur, was set up by the Dubai-based NRI firm, Innerspace.
It acquired Thrissur-based Sparkle Dry Cleaners in April last year.
