Bank of Baroda issued fixed rate senior unsecured notes amounting to $250 million on July 8, 2014 under Regulation-S by way of tapping/re-opening of its senior unsecured notes of $750 million originally issued on January 23, 2014 and maturing on July 23, 2019. The notes are issued to meet the present/future long-term funding requirement at the overseas centres of the bank, the bank said in an exchange filing.
