Kolkata-based Century Plyboards (India) Ltd has reported a net profit of Rs 20 crore for the quarter ending December 31, 2013, against a net loss of Rs 8 crore during the corresponding quarter last fiscal. Net sales stood at Rs 276 crore (Rs 304 crore). For the nine-month period (April to December 2013), profit rose four fold to Rs 38 crore. On Monday, the Century Plyboards stock closed at 25.60 on the BSE, up 2.20 per cent.
