Cera Sanitaryware Ltd on Tuesday said its net profit in the second quarter of 2014-15, ended September 30, increased by 48% while its sales income increased by 25% as compared to the corresponding period last fiscal.
While net sales were Rs 199.60 crore (Rs 158.76 crore), net profit stood at Rs 15.75 crore (Rs 10.62 crore), according to a company statement here.
In the first half of the current financial year, April-September, Cera Sanitaryware reported a 27% growth in net sales to Rs 361.93 crore (Rs 285.35 crore) and a 35% increase in net profit after tax to Rs 29.38 crore (Rs 21.81 crore).
