DB Realty has posted a profit of Rs 3.5 crore for the quarter ended June 30 as against a loss of Rs 21 crore logged in the same period last year. Total income was Rs 82 crore (Rs 85 crore). Vipul Bansal, the company’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “Though this quarter coincided with a generally lean period for sales, the sales for DB Realty have been robust at over Rs 200 crore.”
