Dewan Housing Finance Ltd's net profit increased by 28 per cent to Rs 65.78 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2011 as against Rs 51.54 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Loan disbursements grew by 22.01 per cent to Rs 1,554 crore (Rs 1,274 crore). Loan sanctions grew by 17 per cent to Rs 2,079 crore (Rs 1,770 crore), said a press release. —
