Honda Siel Cars India launched on Monday a refreshed model range of the Accord premium sedan. Priced between Rs 19.6 lakh and Rs 25.4 lakh, the new models sport design changes and additional features.
The new version, from the eighth generation of the Accord series, will now get a chrome accentuated front grille, rear chrome garnish and a new front bumper. While the sunroof has been made standard across the range, a cruise control system has been added.
Mr Takashi Nagai, President & CEO, HSCI, said, “Honda Accord has been one of the most successful premium sedans in its category with over 25,000 units sold since its launch in India.”
While the sedan has been equipped with Vehicle Stability Assist to help the driver in maintaining control during cornering, acceleration and sudden manoeuvres, the automatic transmission variant will also feature paddle shifts with a ‘Shift Holding System' to avoid unnecessary gear shifting on winding roads.
