IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd has informed the BSE that the company shareholders, by way of Postal Ballot, have approved a proposal to change the company name to IVRCL Ltd.
The shareholders have also approved a proposal to increase the borrowing powers of the company from Rs 8,500 crore to Rs 10,500 crore, which will enable the IVRCL management to raise funds required for new projects.
