The Government entrusted the additional charge of Managing Director, ONGC Videsh Ltd (OVL), to Mr Joeman Thomas, Director (Exploration), OVL, according to an official release. Mr Thomas got the additional charge as the MD after Mr R.S. Butola moved to Indian Oil Corporation as the Chairman.
