Ketchum, a public relations firm with presence in over 70 countries, announced on Tuesday that it has acquired a majority stake in Sampark PR, an Indian agency. The move follows acquisitions by Ketchum in China and Russia in the last six months.
Sampark founders Ms Bela Rajan and Mr N.S. Rajan will continue as Director and Managing Director respectively, and will retain a ‘significant' stake. The agency will henceforth be called Ketchum Sampark.
