Textile machinery manufacturing major Lakshmi Machine Works (LMW) has rolled out new version/model of three machines such as JV Kraft, LVS25 and Smarturn LT. The roll out was at the 15th edition of Intec 2014, an industrial trade fair, at the Codissia Trade Fair Grounds here. Speaking about JV Kraft, which is a vertical machining centre, the company’s Director (Finance) Rajendran said this machine would cater to the needs of diverse industrial segments from aerospace to job shops. LVS25, which is a vertical pick up spindle lathe with twin arm component loader, is a variant developed by LMW for modern machine shops. The Smarturn LT CNC turning centre is a variant of CNC lathe ‘Smarturn’. This machine is designed with linear tools and is an ideal production partner for small parts.
