Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has informed the NSE that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Indian Oil and State Trading Corporation (STC) of Mauritius for preparing a draft feasibility report on setting up a petroleum terminal in Mauritius. It said that the company signed the MoU as a part of ongoing business development activity.
