Mahindra & Mahindra has rolled out a ‘mobile seva ' initiative to provide services for its three-wheelers and other commercial vehicles in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Karnataka. The company will be extending the initiative to other States in a phased manner in the coming months. Thirty mobile service vans have been introduced in the southern States.
Manned and operated by the company's authorized dealers, this facility will provide service and spare parts to customers at their door step. These mobile vans will travel on a fixed route every day, the company said.
