Noushad Speciality Food, owned by Chef Noushad, is setting up a chain of hotels here in collaboration with Sona, a leading jewellery group in the West Asia. The first hotel would be opened in the second week of April. The hotel chain which is yet to be named will announce its name and logo during the first week of April.
The hotels will follow Noushad's own recipes under his supervision. Also all the hotels will offer the same recipes independent of their locations. The project starts with three hotels in Ernakulam and one in Bangalore, a release said.
