Oakton, the Australian firm offering consultancy services, would recruit 240 employees more in the next 2-3 years to take its strength in India to 400. The captive facility would attend to Oakton's clients in Australia. The company offers services in banking, financial services, insurance, telecom and Government sector.
“We do not have immediate plans to look at India as a market. For now, it is going to be a captive for customers in Australia,” Mr Neil Wilson, Chief Executive Officer of Oakton, told Business Line .
