Oberon Mall, the leading shopping malls in Kerala located in Kochi, has been awarded the Most Admired Shopping Centre of the Year: Non-Metros — South at the India Shopping Centre Forum 2011 organised by the IMAGES Group, in Mumbai.
Launched in the year 2008, Oberon Mall is one of the largest lifestyle malls in Kerala and has the distinction of being the first full format Mall in Kerala. With a built-up area of more than 3,50,000 sq.ft., the Mall is spread across five floors of shopping area and two levels of car parking, not including another two acres of ground parking.
The Mall is developed and promoted by the Oberon Group, which has interests in the trading, paper, hospitality, pharmaceuticals etc.
“The Mall has been able to maintain excellent housekeeping, hygiene and facility management,” Mr M.A. Mohammed, Managing Director of Oberon Group said.
