Ogilvy & Mather has roped in Mr Joono Simon as Executive Creative Director for its Bangalore office. Prior to this, Mr Simon was Chief Creative Officer at Leo Burnett Solutions, Colombo. Before moving to Sri Lanka, he headed the creative team for Mudra South, after a stint as Senior Vice-President and Senior Creative Director at JWT Chennai. Speaking to Business Line , Mr Simon said, “Ogilvy as an agency has a huge and unparalleled legacy of creating brands that are not just known and respected, but also loved. The Bangalore office handles some exciting clients and my mandate is to extend that legacy with the team here.”
