Global private equity fund, Sun-Apollo India Real Estate Fund, has agreed to pick up 49.9 per cent equity in Parsvnath Developer's Ghaziabad project for Rs 100 crore. Parsvnath said the investment would be in the special purpose vehicle created for the project, which will be premium residential spread over 31 acres. Mr Pradeep Jain, Chairman, Parsvnath Developers, said “This is the fifth project being developed by us in which overseas investors have made foreign direct investment and the second to be funded by Sun-Apollo.” — Our Bureau
