Deepak Shrivastava, Chief Vigilance Officer of Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd, on Tuesday said the company should ensure improved coal quality management to enhance its image. Addressing a workshop at the company’s headquarters, Shrivastava advised to strengthen the quality control cells of civil, electrical and mechanical works in the company. According to him, the subsidiary of Coal India Ltd should also engage in people-friendly CSR activities with proper monitoring.
