Mr Rohit Ohri has been appointed Executive Chairman, Dentsu India Group. Previously, he worked as Managing Partner, JWT India.
Mr Ohri will spearhead all Dentsu India group companies and India business, a press release said.
Mr Ohri has nearly 24 years of experience in advertising communications, 21 of which were spent at JWT, India. Following his seven-year stint as head of the PepsiCo–JWT relationship in Central Asia, he was designated Managing Partner in 2005. He is credited with making JWT's Delhi office the largest and most profitable branch in the Asia Pacific, and one of the top ten JWT offices globally.
