Tata Chemicals will amalgamate its wholly owned subsidiary, Wyoming 1 (Mauritius), with itself.
This is consequent to the sanction given by the Bombay High Court for the scheme of amalgamation on May 4.
As Wyoming 1 is a wholly owned subsidiary, number of shares of Tata Chemicals will be issued and allotted in exchange of the equity shares of Wyoming 1.
All assets and liabilities of Wyoming 1 stands transferred to and vested in the company. The scheme is with effective May 23.
