Toyota Kirloskar Motor on Friday said it has achieved its highest ever sales with 9,726 units in March 2011, which is 41 per cent higher than the corresponding period last year.
The growth was largely driven by the sales of the Etios with 3,257 units sold last month. The current order booking for the Etios is 29,796.
TKM also announced an increase in the prices of its key models ? which ranges between 1 per cent and 1.5 per cent.
For Innova, the price increase ranges between Rs 12,557 and Rs 18,424, for Corolla Altis Diesel, Rs 14,100 and Rs 17,700, for Corolla Altis Petrol, Rs 10,400 and Rs 14,500 and for Fortuner about Rs 20,000.
