The New Delhi-based water solutions company Trident Controls Pvt Ltd plans to sign a joint venture agreement with Geneva-based Bee Fee Tec to cater to the European market and form an alliance with Rutgers University, USA, to set up Asia's first Centre for Life Science Research in India. The company, which recently launched a microbial intervention-based water treatment technology, known as “Recover” to deal with water and effluent treatment, is investing Rs.20 crore in this project and expecting a turnover of Rs. 500 crore in the next two years. Trident Controls, having channel partners in Punjab, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Kerala, is setting up its production centres at multiple locations including Vadodara, Hyderabad, Hosur and Patiala, Mr Krishna Prasad, Managing Director, said in a statement here.
