Mobile retailer UniverCell Telecommunications India plans to open 100 more retail outlets across the country by the end of April 2015.
While South Indian States will see more outlets being opened, the company has aggressive expansion plans for the West and North Indian markets, the company said in a statement.
As a part of its expansion plans, the company launched its ‘techsperience’ store - UniverCell SYNC - in Chennai.
“With this new format store we aim at ‘syncing’ customer experience and technology. The Sync format will segment the store into zones to cater to customers’ unique needs and our young team will help people customise their phones,” said Sathish Babu, Founder, UniverCell.
“We plan to increase our foothold pan-India by rolling out another 100 UniverCell stores by the end of April 2015,” he added.
