Refractories maker Vesuvius India Ltd has reported a net profit of Rs 12.56 crore in the second quarter ended June 30, 2012 against Rs 14.34 crore in the corresponding quarter in the previous year.
Net sales improved to Rs 138.85 (Rs 135.7 crore).
In the first quarter this year, the company had recorded a net profit of Rs 11.56 crore and net sales of Rs 138.14 crore.
