Viceroy Hotels Limited has concluded the sale of JW Marriott Hotel property deal in Chennai.
The Hyderabad-based hospitality chain has struck the deal with Ceebros Hotels Private Limited, Chennai for Rs 480 crore after reaching a settlement with bankers for the Chennai project.
The company shares closed at Rs 21.70 up 13 per cent at BSE today.
