Anil Ltd, flagship company of food and bio-industrial focused Anil Group, has reported a 57.23 per cent increase in net profit and a 37.39 per cent increase in net sales in the third quarter of 2010-11 ended December 31, 2010, compared with the corresponding period last fiscal. During the quarter under review, the company's net profit was Rs 11.25 crore (Rs 7.15 crore) while net sales were Rs 132.48 crore (Rs 96.42 crore), according to a release here today. Anil Ltd is a leading Corn Wet Milling (CWM) unit operating in the bio-industrial sector and manufactures a range of starches and related downstream products for various industries.
