1)Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019;2)Audit Report on Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019;3)Declaration for unmodified opinion in terms of Regulation 33(3)(d) as amended by SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations, 2016 for both Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2019;4)Audited Financial Statements (Standalone & Consolidated) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2019 along with Auditor Report, Director Report with all annexure;5)Appointment of Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2019-20.6)Appointment of Internal Auditor for the financial year 2019-20.
