Sub: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

In view of the proposed decisions to be taken by Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited (the Company), for entering into arrangement of acquisition and divestment of shares in/with one of its subsidiary companies, the trading window shall remain closed in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Srei Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per Srei Insider Code) and their immediate relatives, from Monday, March 12, 2018 till Wednesday, March 14, 2018.
