Allotment of Equity shares

MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 88 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid on August 16, 2011 to the employees/directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 1999 Stock Option Plan (Program 1).

Further, the Company has allotted 9,818 equity shares of Rs. 50/- each fully paid on August 16, 2011 to the employees/ directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2001 Stock Option Plan (Program 2).

Further, the Company has allotted 3,810 equity shares of Rs. 250/- each fully paid on August 16, 2011 to the employees/ directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(a) Stock Option Plan (Program 3).

Further, the Company has allotted 66,161 equity shares (of which 6,125 are of Rs 240/- each, 44,441 are of Rs 300/- each, 270 are of Rs. 315/- each, 15,150 are of Rs 335/- each and 175 are of Rs 350/- each), fully paid on August 16, 2011 to the employees/ directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2006(b) Stock Option Plan (Program 4).

Further, the Company has allotted 164 equity shares of Rs. 167.75/- each fully paid on August 16, 2011 to the employees/ directors of the Company pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them under the 2008 A Stock Option Plan (Program 5).
