ITC Ltd has informed BSE that the Company on August 08, 2013 issued and allotted 49,85,570 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each, upon exercise of 4,98,557 Options by Optionees under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from August 08, 2013, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 791,29,26,450/- divided into 791,29,26,450 Ordinary Shares of Rs. 1/- each.
