Closure of Trading Window

Impex Ferro Tech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.

Further, pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from May 18, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock exchanges (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
