Further, as per Code of Conduct of the Company for prohibition of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company by Insiders, shall remain closed from date of notice till the completion of 24 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the year/quarter ended March 31, 2015 i.e. close of working hours of May 31, 2015 (both days inclusive).
