Closure of Trading Window

Amrapali Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business:

- To Adopt and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015.

Further, as per Code of Conduct of the Company for prohibition of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company by Insiders, shall remain closed from date of notice till the completion of 24 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the year/quarter ended March 31, 2015 i.e. close of working hours of May 31, 2015 (both days inclusive).
