Hindustan Housing Company Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading laid down by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated Persons of the Company w.e.f. January 01, 2016 till the date of Board Meeting (both days inclusive) proposed to be held for consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2015 and the Trading Window will reopen 48 hours after the publication of the aforesaid financial results.
