BS Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted, on December 30, 2015 9,900 Equity Shares (including 4,950 Bonus Equity Shares) of Re. 1/- each to the grantees, upon exercise of 495 Options @ Rs. 109.95 per Share of Rs. 10/- each under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2011 ("ESOP 2011") of the Company. The said shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.
The Company, pursuant to the approval of the Shareholders dated January 10, 2014, has sub divided the Face Value of the Shares of the Company from Rs. 10/- each into Re. 1/- each with effect from January 22, 2014. Accordingly, the Option holders, upon exercise of each Option of Rs. 10/-, are issued and allotted 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each of the Company.
