With reference to the earlier letter dated September 13, 2015, wherein the Company had informed that Punj Lloyd Pte Ltd (PLPL) and Sembawang Engineers and Constructors Pte Ltd (SEC), subsidiaries of Punj Lloyd Limited in Singapore, had sought the approval of the Singapore High Court (“Court”) to enter into a Scheme of Arrangement (“Scheme”) with their respective creditors, Punj Lloyd Ltd has now informed BSE that in line with the order of the Court, a meeting of the unsecured creditors of PLPL/SEC was held on January 15, 2016 in Singapore.

In the said meeting, the SEC Scheme was not approved by the SEC creditors. The PLPL Scheme was withdrawn by PLPL.
