With reference to the earlier letter dated January 18, 2016, wherein the Company had informed that the proposal for the Scheme of Arrangement ("Scheme") by Punj Lloyd Pte Ltd (PLPL) and Sembawang Engineers and Constructors Pte Ltd (SEC), subsidiaries of Punj Lloyd Limited in Singapore, with their respective creditors, was not approved by the SEC creditors and PLPL Scheme was withdrawn by PLPL, Punj Lloyd Ltd has informed BSE that both PLPL and SEC have now filed respective applications under the Singapore Companies Act with the Singapore High Court, seeking permission for placing PLPL and SEC under Judicial Management.
