Ashoka Buildcon Limited (the Company) had issued rated, unsecured, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on December 27, 2018. The coupon rate is 9.80% per annum which is payable yearly.

This is to inform you that as per the terms of issue of NCDs, the interest is payable on April 30, 2019. As per the provisions of the Information Memorandum issued, the interest is payable to those debenture holders whose names appear in the Register of Debenture holders on the Record Date which shall be 15 days prior to the date on which the amount is due. Since the payment of interest is due on April 30, 2019, the record date ascertained is April 15, 2019 i.e. 15 days prior to the date on which interest is due and payable.

Since the NCDs have been issued in electronic form, the interest would be paid to those debenture holders whose names appear in the statement of beneficial position furnished by the Depositories as at the close of business hours on April 15, 2019.
