Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and clarification of BSE vide its letter no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019 regarding Trading Restriction Period, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company will be closed for designated persons with effect from 01st July, 2019 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2019.
