1. 12th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

This is to inform you that the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 17th August, 2019 at 3.00 PM. at Mapple Emerald, NH8, Rajokri, New Delhi - 110038.

Pursuant to Regulation 34(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith copy of the Annual Report along with Notice of the 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year 2018-19.

The register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 10th August, 2019, till Saturday, 17th August, 2019, (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining entitlement of dividend.

2. SHAREHOLDERS APPROVAL FOR FURTHER FUND RAISING

Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (d) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we also hereby inform you that the Shareholders approval is being sought in the aforesaid 12th AGM for further fund raising options as specified in the notice of the AGM.
