Atn International Ltd. - Closure of Trading Window

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendments) Regulations, 2018, the trading window shall remain closed with effect from 1st of July, 2019 till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30th June,2019.

During the aforesaid period, the Employees, Directors Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the Companys Shares/ Securities.
