Autoline Industries Ltd. - Announcement Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI LODR Regulations

This is in continuation with the disclosure made earlier in relation to the Industrial Promotion Subsidy (IPS) for Mega Project under Package Scheme of Incentive 2007 of Government of Maharashtra (VAT/CST Subsidy).
We would like to inform that as per the revised Eligibility Certificate, the Company had submitted additional subsidy claim and the Government of Maharashtra has approved additional IPS claim amount of Rs. 44.61 crores and out of said approved amount, the Company has received amount of Rs. 8.35 crores on April 5, 2019 in first tranche.
